Smile Heating & Cooling Inc. was created by Genadi Kahanovich, an HVAC professional with more than 10 years experience in the trade. He started his career in 2003 in Israel. And soon he became owner of the Eurogaz company. It was successful and profitable business. Cooperating with Amisragas – one of the biggest gas supply companies in Israel, Eurogaz performed big residential and commercial projects. And Genadi also performed duties as a gas inspector.
He quickly learned the Canadian specifics of the trade. He also put his time and effort into getting Canadian licenses. And now Genadi is a proud holder of a Red Seal Journeymen Plumber license, Red Seal Journeymen Electrician license and Gas Fitter license.
In 2012 he left everything and took his family to Canada following the old dream.
In Canada he started at Mackenzie Plumbing & Heating. It was a good start in the new home-country and Genadi feels really grateful to Mackenzie. He had everything man can get from a work place – good team, nice salary, great relationship and recognition of his professional skills.
He quickly learned the Canadian specifics of the trade. He also put his time and effort into getting Canadian licenses. And now Genadi is a proud holder of a Red Seal Journeymen Plumber license, Red Seal Journeymen Electrician license and Gas Fitter license.
He always had a dream to create his own company in Canada and finally he established Smile Heating & Cooling.
The key to Genadi’s success (besides his obvious professionalism and deep knowledge of the trade) is that he loves people and cares about each and every client. He likes to leave his clients and everyone around him in a great mood and of course… smiling 🙂 No wonder he often becomes friends with his clients and partners. That’s where the name of the company “Smile” comes from.
